I and the Board of Directors have made the tough call to move our Annual Owner Meeting from an in-person event to a virtual one, at the recommendation of our health authority partners.

This is disappointing for two main reasons: First, we didn’t get to meet in person last year, and we have a great event planned. Second, this may be one of the most important years in our history, as we contemplate merging with our sister co-op in Eau Claire. It is a hard time to be missing you all! But it is possible that we will reach more people through a short, virtual meeting, and we will certainly be keeping our staff, owners, and community safe with this option.

Please join us Sunday, September 12th, at 7:00pm via Zoom.  You will hear from Board President Rick Remington and myself, and you’ll see recaps of the financial and operational highlights of 2020 and 2021. Plus, you will have first access to our Annual Report, have an opportunity to give a public comment, be able to receive assistance in a private room to vote if you wish, and be registered for some great prizes. We will make it short and sweet!

When it is safe to do so, we are going to have a rip-roaring party to make up for our lost time. In the meantime, click here to register for the virtual Annual Owner Meeting before September 10th, and be ready to vote in the merger election by this weekend!
