Update published on September 9th at 6:00pm

On Wednesday, September 9th, two Menomonie Market Food Co-op staff members tested positive for COVID-19.

Thankfully, neither has set foot inside our store nor have they been in contact with any customers or other team members since before the time of exposure and positive test results. We are confident no one else was exposed, and that closing the store or quarantining any staff is not necessary at this time. Even though our operations will remain exactly the same as they’ve been the last few months, including continuing with the safety measures we’ve already implemented, we are sharing this information with you out of an abundance of caution because we care about you and want you to be safe.

We wish speedy healing for our friends and will share further updates on any future positive cases in this post. View a full list of safety measures we have implemented at mmfc.coop/covid.
