How to Leave Notes for your Shopper on our eCommerce Website

If you have special order instructions or notes about specific products that you’d like to leave for your personal shopper, these tutorials will walk you through how to do so before submitting your order.

Leaving Order Instructions

If you’d like your order packed in boxes instead of paper bags or have other instructions regarding your order, you can easily include those in your cart by following these steps:

1. Once you’ve added all products to your cart and are ready to check out, click the cart icon in the top right corner of your screen.

2. Find the “Order Notes” box on the left side if on desktop or in the “Review Your Order” step of the checkout process if on mobile.

3. Type your order instructions into the box.

Leaving Item Instructions

If you have specific instructions or substitutions you’d like to list in your order, you can also easily include those in your cart by following these steps:

1. Once you’ve added all products to your cart and are ready to check out, click the cart icon in the top right corner of your screen.

2. Find the product in your cart for which you’d like to include instructions or list a substitution should it not be in stock.

3. Type your instructions into the “Item Notes” box if on desktop. Or click the three dots and the “Add a Note About This Item” button, then type your instructions into the box if on mobile.

4. Repeat Steps #2-4 until you’re finished adding instructions or listing substitutions.

Your notes will show up for your shopper when they’re fulfilling your order, and they will do their best to follow them.
