In this class, you’ll learn which plant-based foods prevent diseases, see how to incorporate more of them into your eating pattern, and sample yummy, plant-based recipes that you can make at home.

Meet The Instructor
Hannah Koschak is a Registered Dietitian who has started Wholesome Endeavors to help people improve their relationship with food so they can meet their health goals. She’s also passionate about educating others on how to eat to prevent disease and live a better quality of life without guilt, deprivation, or diets.

Registration
Registration is required in advance for all classes, free classes included. If applicable, payment is due at the time of registration.

How To Register
• Online: Add ticket(s) to your cart and complete the checkout process
• Phone: Call (715) 231-3663 with payment ready
• In Store: Visit the Customer Service Desk at the front of our store

Tickets
After you complete the registration process, a receipt for your class tickets will be emailed to you, and your name will be added to the attendee list(s). When you arrive at your class, please check in with the instructor and sign the check-in sheet.

Cancellation
Class fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the class start.

Parking
Please park in the south side of the parking lot near the shed or in the back row of the regular lot.

Our Classroom
Our classroom is located on our second floor and is accessible via the staircase or elevator in the back of our store between the frozen and fresh meat departments.
