60 MINUTES IN INDIA

India’s diverse regions all have their own unique styles of cooking. In this hour-long class, learn more about each unique style, sample Indian ingredients that you can find in our store, and try two recipes: Indian spiced carrots and mango lassi.

Meet The Instructor
Tanya Young, Menomonie Market’s Merchandise Coordinator, has been a culinary education instructor and personal chef for over 15 years. She began working at Menomonie Mar- ket Food Co-op in 2007.

Registration
Registration is required in advance for all classes, free classes included. If applicable, payment is due at the time of registration.

How To Register
• Online: Add ticket(s) to your cart and complete the checkout process
• Phone: Call (715) 231-3663 with payment ready
• In Store: Visit the Customer Service Desk at the front of our store

Tickets
After you complete the registration process, a receipt for your class tickets will be emailed to you, and your name will be added to the attendee list(s). When you arrive at your class, please check in with the instructor and sign the check-in sheet.

Cancellation
Class fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the class start.

Parking
Please park in the south side of the parking lot near the shed or in the back row of the regular lot.

Our Classroom
Our classroom is located on our second floor and is accessible via the staircase or elevator in the back of our store between the frozen and fresh meat departments.
