Lamb at Menomonie Market is sourced locally from Lambalot Acres in Augusta, WI.The Klindworth family raises lamb without the use of antibiotics or hormones on their family farm.
This year, pre-orders for bone-in or boneless leg of lamb are available at MMFC! Orders will be accepted through Thursday, April 11th. The leg of lamb will be ready for pickup at MMFC in the afternoon on Thursday, April 19th for the Easter weekend. You can place your order at the bottom of this post, or in-store.
We recommend allowing for 1/3 lb per person when ordering lamb. If you order bone-in please account for about one pound of bone and adjust your serving calculation.
