All Levels Yoga is an hour long class designed for yoga practitioners of all levels, even beginners. In All Levels Yoga we will start with the most gentle and simple version of each posture and build on that as you feel comfortable, making it easy for you to choose your own level of intensity during class.
We will spend most of the hour going over yoga postures and breathing techniques as well as devoting about 10 minutes of our class to deep relaxation and guided meditation.
Some mats will be provided, but if you have your own you’re encouraged to bring it. Wear something comfortable and bring something to drink along with you, and most importantly be prepared to relax and leave your expectations and stress at the door!
Instructor: Teresa Kruger is a 200 hour certified yoga and meditation instructor. She was trained in traditional Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh, India, the yoga capital of the world. She’s been teaching for over 5 years and has practiced for 20+ years. She is specialized in yoga nidra and other deep relaxation techniques.
Teresa loves sharing her expertise to inspire others to become their best selves. Through yoga, Teresa has not only experienced firsthand the transformative power of yoga, but has also witness great change and transformation in others. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, music, art, and spending time with her son.
Teresa loves sharing the gift of yoga with all levels of yoga practitioners and caters her classes to people of all ages, skill level, and experience. She also continues to grow in her yoga practice both personally and professionally and enjoys sharing yogic philosophy as well as her own personal insights she’s learned within her own yoga practice. The best part of yoga for her is inspiring others and sharing the gift of yoga with those who are interested in seeking an alternative healing experience.
