Chris Hayden has made a life study of mind-body arts, including being a Licensed Asian bodywork therapist, a Certified Advanced Rolfer, a tai chi instructor, and a performing musician. He is currently most fascinated by the nexus of pain science and traditional methods such as tai chi, using them to improve both emotional and physical suffering.
