Menomonie Market Food Co-op is pleased to support a wide variety of organizations in our community. As the only community-owned grocery store in Menomonie we operate to meet our Ends which state we will be central to a thriving healthy community. To accomplish this we focus on a wide range of organizations that support building personal and community health. Some of our contributions include our Hill o’ Beans, a program that rewards you for bringing a reusable bag, container or mug, basket donations to community organizations, and a Food Rescue program with Stepping Stones!
Some of the many organizations we support include Stepping Stones, Arc of Dunn County, Boys and Girls Club, Bridge to Hope, United Way of Dunn Co., Mayo Clinic, Menomonie High School, Oaklawn Elementary School, Positive Alternatives, Thursday’s Table, West Wisconsin Land Trust, Menomonie Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Menomonie, UW Stout, Friends of Red Cedar, Alano Club of Menomonie and many more.
We encourage any local organization serving the community to approach us for a donation. We seek to honor each request as long as the purpose or event for which they are requested is non-partisan, non-electoral, enriches the community, and can be described succinctly by the organizers. Donation requests are reviewed as received, and a confirmation email or phone call will be sent, usually within a week. Donations are typically prepared at least one week prior to the event, ready for pick up on a Friday. For more information or questions, please contact:
